         Dear InStone,

             I just wanted to take a moment to say a word about your customer service.
             I placed an order with Mury. I am Cuban and I use the labels for my family
             photo albums of Cuba. I have hundreds of photos of Cuba and hundreds of
             amazing family photos. The labels add a very beautiful touch to my albums.
             The labels I buy aren't very expensive and yet Mury treated me like a family
             member. It is obvious she is truly a quality human being. God bless her! I
             wish her every good thing this world can give. A person of her type of
             character is extremely rare in customer service these days. Thanks Mury.

            I received the label yesterday and I'm very satisfied. The GCLGS packaging is 
            tremendous. It gives the label one of the nicer looks of the certified collectibles.

            Received my material today...now that's what I call quick service! I want 
            to thank you good people for The Art of the Cigar Label, that is a great, 
            informative book, as are the others that I ordered. I'll be able to enjoy them 
            all the rest of my life. The labels were great also! One thing I forgot to order 
            was the "Concordia" Lg. Inner NM for $25. If by chance you still have one 
            hang onto it and I will pick it up on my next order (page 5 in the Cigar Label 
            Art Digest). I'm writing this letter about 12:00 Saturday night. My daughter 
            will be here about 6:30 tomorrow morning...I want this to go out right away 
            with my BIG thank you good people. Again, sure nice doing business with all 
            of you.

            p.s. my eyes are getting blurry from reading so much about labels. I'll probably 
            dream all night about labels....that would be a nice dream.

            now that it is sold? Love my little picture!! Your website is
