Terms of Sale
We’re
thrilled that you’ve decided to purchase from our impressive
inventory. Customer service is an important part of our business,
so
to ensure your total satisfaction, we offer the following terms of
sale:
- All
labels are guaranteed genuine.
- All
labels have a full 14-day return privilege. Labels must be
returned in their original condition.
- All
labels are subject to prior sale. Please include 2nd choices,
since many labels are available in very limited
quantities.
It’s best
if you email, fax or call in your list, so
we can check for availability. Make
sure to give us your e-mail
address or
phone number
so we can contact you, if necessary.
- All
prices are subject to change.
- Please
make checks or money orders payable to InStone, Inc. We accept
Visa & Mastercard over the phone/email/fax.
Please
don't forget
to provide an expiration date and a CVV2 number (the
last digits on signature line on the back of your card).
Please
give us your phone number or email address, so we can
contact you, if necessary.
- California residents, please add 8.75% sales tax.
- If you
have a California Resale Tax Number, please let us know.
- Items
will be mailed immediately for money order or credit
card orders. Allow 7 days for personal checks to clear.
Shipping
Instructions
We want to ensure your items get
to you promptly, so please adhere to the following shipping
instructions:

Add $7 shipping/handling on
orders of $300 or less in the U.S.

Fed Ex (or Express Mail) shipments are available for an
additional fee. Please call 760-436-3637
- Orders over $300 will be
shipped postpaid and insured. We are NOT responsible for items shipped
without insurance.

All books ordered alone will be shipped book rate, books ordered
together with labels will be mailed as labels.
- Shipping to Canada is $15. Please call for all other
international shipping rates.
